Drunken driver Mr. Kendrick accidentally strikes a juvenile delinquent with his car and flees the scene. He later confesses the crime to County General's chaplain Father Ingram and implores him to convince Casey to operate. Casey, unaware of the circumstances surrounding the request, accuses Ingram of interfering in medical procedures.—Mark Faulkner
