This episode seems to be of lower quality than the big pilot. It is a bit ridiculous, cheesy, dramatic and with a big moral lesson.
It is also the introduction of the "bad boy" Dylan, and I really hope this is not exactly what his character always is like. Way too stereotypical to the point of ridiculous. Kind of funny to think that back in the days girls were into him. Well, we'll see how it goes.
Brandon is made as too much of a "good boy" here. To the point that I don't even understand what made him so mad in the hotel after he found out that they didn't break into this hotel room. And his editorial was kind of cheesy. Back in high school I would sure be embarrassed to have it published in my name.
Now the ones who didn't disappoint me were Steve and David again. Their story was very little but it was hilarious. I am looking forward to see more of them.
