Halloween after 19 years of this live episode

Warning: Spoilers
I'm guessing because this is live episode of The Bill as to why with the poor camera work and acting - quite similar to two-part episode: The Anniversary with Jeff Clarke - I prefer that one more than this one. Also, it's Halloween time as it's passed the nineteenth anniversary since broadcast live.

Starts off with both Juliet and Cathy (making her spotlight performance on stand at Polly's trial) when they are both confronted by that annoying drunk man who's got seriously angry with telephone box and wielding a knife on Juliet. Juliet taken into back of van and got some stab wound yet not very bloody. Sheelagh providing first aid assistance while Cathy continuously making a big show of herself with gibberish.

The freak Jules Ellis still in cell following warehouse showdown with gun and bitterly angry with unwanted Smithers overpowered him after held him hostage in last episode. I didn't like how Gary landed on van roof on top of Ellis blood pouring out of mouth, who didn't make it - odd Ellis died yet not Gary.

Mickey Webb returns yet I don't care much his history with Martin Delaney.

Sheelagh still wants to know whereabouts of her ex-lover we viewers see Des is alive appearing in parking yard.

Also as it's Halloween time, I don't see why the hospital was overly crowded like that. At least ending credits (with rooftop showdown between Gary and Ellis) ended with fireworks in sky.
