Patrick Connelly is arrested for pinching, when he is taken in, Viv is tasked with bringing in his three children, three tearaways.
It's a very good, strong episode with some fine acting and food characters, the story is sad, but realistic, I found everyone very sincere and believable.
Jim Norton is really good here as Connelly, his switch up from mild mannered, happy go lucky, absent minded thief to angered prisoner is really good, a smashing actor.
It's funny, I don't remember Viv Martella, but she's fantastic, she's a smashing character, caring and sincere.
Father McGovern, aka Simon Cowell Parker, is smashing as The Father, I've just watched him in an episode of Poirot, the Egyptian Tomb, well worth seeing.
Very watchable, 8/10.
