It's a good episode, it's not clear what that plot is initially, but as it progresses, it becomes a really good one, there's a tinge of sadness attached to it, 1993 was a tough time, many businesses went under.
It's well made, you have to hand it to the production team, they must have had great relations with the community, and shops, getting use of a digger wouldn't have been easy.
