Several officers join DS Sally Johnson of Stafford Row on a drugs raid, all goes well until Polly witnesses something she's not supposed to have seen.
I thoroughly enjoyed this, it's a very different style of episode, so often we see dodgy criminals, dodgy families, not often do we see an honest officer having to deal with somebody crooked from within.
June's behaviour here seemed so out of character, I would have thought that Auntie June would have been the first to offer help. Polly really does come across as sincere, wholesome and a little wet behind the ears. Thank goodness for Uncle Bob.
Sally Johnson was a great character, I had no idea she made a one off appearance before arriving at Sun Hill as the uncompromising DI. There is definitely something about actress Jaye Griffiths, within a minute of her appearing, you can see they she has it, whatever it may be.
It will be interesting to see what beef exists between the two when Johnson fully arrives at Sun Hill.
Excellent, 9/10.
