In Part 1, Jaime watches the madman's doomsday-warning message in color on the full-size table-model color TV in her kitchen, yet here in the recap of Part 1, Jaime is shown watching the same mad scientist's broadcast on the same large TV set, but the show is in B&W.
The pale-blue-screened countdown monitor first shows just the hours and minute still the detonation, with the seconds remaining at "00", yet when the same monitor is shown later, it is counting down the seconds.
After Jaime repairs her right leg, she starts to stand up. However, right before Alex is about to drop the lifting hook, the shot shows Jaime sitting on the ground. The next shot when Jaime is about to jump shows Jaime in the standing position again.
Sprinkler systems did not work the way they are depicted near the end of this episode. Simply turning the valve to make water flow into the system would not have immediately activated so many sprinkler heads. A sprinkler head has a plug in it which prevents water from flowing until the air in the room reaches a certain (high) temperature, around 140 degrees, which causes the plug to break or melt. Almost all the rooms showed the sprinkler heads operating well before the rooms were on fire, when the air could not have reached the critical temperature.
Jaime knows that Dmitri Muskov has a laser-jamming/destroying device, yet she doesn't think to ask him to use it (or let her borrow it) before she runs across in front of the array of laser cannons to reach the building with access to the complex's lower levels.
Jaime would not have needed to find out where the doomsday device was located, since the madman had already told the group of scientists where the device was, and shown them a video-feed of the location on the monitor, just as Alex displays here for Jaime.
