A Woman's Perspective
mitchrmp21 December 2012
In this episode, two saloon girls are involved in a murder. One is accused and the other knows the truth. Clay sets out to help the one collect the back pay she has earned at the saloon so she could leave, but his job soon turns into defending her when she's arrested for the murder of a crooked gambler.

I didn't find much interesting about the plot or the people involved. The woman had the hots for Clay and was pretty seductive. He even gave up his room at the hotel for her, though Nora assured him she'd have her own room the following night.

Just not much plot...

Only one died in this episode. One was arrested for murder.

Julie Reynolds (Madlyn Rhue) and Belle Bronson (Lorna Thayer) get involved in a bar brawl over the issue of some back pay owed to her

Clay Culhane decides to help Julie to get her money back legally. For his troubles Julie has the hots for him.

However pretty soon Julie is arrested for the murder of a dodgy gambler. At the trial Clay himself is accused of trying to tamper with a material witness.

Now Clay has to not only save Julie. He has to salvage his own reputation.

Another episode where Clay in turn becomes Perry Mason in court. He manages to get a witness to break down in court and point the figure and the true culprit.

Even the Marshall is on the side of Clay in this one.
