Really dumb episode

So in this episode we see Alan fire his secretary because she reported on his sexual harassment which is illegal in all 50 states. Not only that, but a known killer admits killing 2 women and walks. To add on top of that, you have a court that decides it's ok to teach creationism in science class despite Supreme Court's decision that it is not.

So in one episode they make 3 insanely massive errors showing that either writers of this show are running a terrible agenda or they have absolutely no clue how American legal system works. For a show that's supposed to be about courts and our legal system, this episode fails in every possible way it possibly could.

I noticed that the "higher power" that that windbag judge was embracing was a fundamentalist Christian god. The fact that these empty headed lawyers had their own beliefs is of no import here. Who says a "higher power" is only for Christianity? Every religion has a creation theory. I would bet you that if an Islamist, Buddhist, or Hindu creation was given equal time, that bozo superintendent would be up there complaining.
