"Keeping Up With the Joneses" is certainly one of the least enjoyable episodes of "Brooklyn Bridge". I don't think it's a bad episode...but one that is a big tough to watch because of the embarrassment you'll feel watching it.
Phyllis is doing something unusual...she's having a dinner party with an old acquaintance she hasn't seen in years. To do this, she sends the boys to go downstairs to stay with the grandparents and she is going to cook a nice meal for the guests. However, he plans for a nice adult evening turn out poorly for a variety of reasons...and she is surely disappointed.
This is a good but painful episode...especially when the guests start revealing that money sure isn't everything. You might cringe a bit watching these desperately unhappy people and a most awkward evening.
