A long Q&A, an OK episode. Carol does the Tarzan yell, talks about how Garry Moore and Durward Kirby tried to foul her up in a sketch on another episode. Bernadette Peters is introduced in the audience, she says saw True Grit on the plane ride there.

An Old Folks sketch, Bert wants to do other things then just sit in their rockers, they mention Dean Martin on TV>

Harvey plays a teacher who is blackmailed by Alice Portnoy into giving her a better grade.

Nancy Wilson sings the Blood, Sweat and Tears song Spinning Wheel. Carol joins her for a duet on the Youngblood's hit Get Together.

A funny Carol and Sis sketch has them practicing on a dummy for a first aid class. Roger comes home, thinks she is fooling around with another man and fights the dummy.

As The Stomach Turns has Nanette Fabray as Marion's kleptomaniac friend. Harvey plays an effeminate theater director. Lyle a candidate for Congress. Vicki is Marian's hippie daughter. Nancy spoofs Diahann Carroll's Julia role.

Carol, Nancy and Nanette sing about the generation gap, then change into mod fashions and Bob Dylan is mentioned in the lyrics.

Carol sings her theme and the guests sign her book.
