When Phoebe and Chris are in Phoebe's office, the ends of her scarf keep switching between being in front of her and behind her.
When Chris bends down toward the bones at the dig site, he is wearing a sweater. The camera angle then shows him from behind, where he is wearing a leather jacket. In the next shot, he is back to wearing the sweater.
When Leo reads the Arabic inscription aloud from the genie's bottle, he rotates it as if he were reading from left to right. Arabic is written from right to left; it would be impossible for him to actually read the inscription while rotating it this way.
It is commonly portrayed in media that a genie Is loyal to their master at least until the three wishes are granted. And Jinnie stated that she has been passed from Master to master for centuries, therefore Jinnie and her bottle should not have been able to be passed to Phoebe until Bok's third wish was granted or until he was vanquished. However, the passing from Genie Phoebe to Chris was correct.
Jinny wishes the charmed ones dead, yet Leo is able to heal Piper back to life. Leo has stated multiple times that he can't heal the dead. It can be argued that Piper was not technically dead because her spirit hadn't moved on yet, but that contradicts many other episode plots where spirits had not yet moved on but their bodies were very much dead (Mark from season 1 and Charlene from season 2).
Paige originally plans to bind Richard's power, but ultimately uses a power stripping potion to get rid of it. Paige and Phoebe seem to use the terms binding and power stripping interchangeably, although they are very different. The charmed ones had their powers bound when they were young, causing them to temporarily lose them and then regain them at a designated time. Cole had his powers stripped using a potion, and he never had the ability to regain his specific demonic power (Belthazor). Binding is temporary, power stripping is permanent.
Phoebe asks Chris if she has ever hit on him, to which he replies no. She actually does flirt with Chris in the second half of the season 5 episode "Oh My Goddess!". Phoebe was, however, under a spell that turned her into the goddess of love.
