Prue places the photo of the bridge in the fire place with picture side facing down. In the next shot as the photo starts to burn, the picture side is facing up.
When Piper and Phoebe are discussing the car accident that Prue at age 20 had with Phoebe in the car, Leo asks what happened. Later in the series it is revealed that as their whitelighter Leo has been watching them since they were born and knows everything about their lives.
When Phoebe and Prue arrive at P3 after the accident, Phoebe states that her concussion was mild. Any concussion resulting in loss of consciousness is considered Grade 3 (severe).
When Pheobe and Piper arrive at the bottom of the bridge to find Prue, they are driving the wrong way on a one way.
When Maggie steps up on the supposedly concrete wall to jump, it gives a little, like it is made of foam.
When the camera shows Maggie standing on top of the building about to jump she is obviously not standing on the edge, she is 2 or 3 feet back from the edge.
The background scenery on the bridge is of Los Angeles, not San Francisco.
Just like the previous episode, Piper and Phoebe don't scry for Prue when they are trying to find her. It would be easier and take less time than going to Maggie and hoping her luck is correct.
When Maggie is falling from the building, Prue uses her power to make Maggie land on an awning yet none of the bystanders notice Maggie flying sideways through the air while falling.
When Phoebe has a headache from her concussion, Leo offers her an aspirin. As a former army medic and back in mortal state for this episode, Leo should be interested enough in modern medicine to know that it can be very dangerous to give aspirin to a concussion patient, as the blood-thinning effect of the aspirin increases risk of brain hemorrhage and stroke. Additionally, even if Leo may not know that due to his last medical training being more than 50 years prior, Phoebe's doctor at the hospital should absolutely have given her that warning.
