Leo (Brian Krause) mentions that Grams (Jennifer Rhodes) was married four times before she died, but this contradicts the story line in episode #4.12 "Lost and Bound," that Grams had been previously married six times.
Fans have pointed out in the episodes were the family tree is shown, people can see that Grams had a brother. Her claim that Wyatt is the first male in 300 years in the family might be seriously wrong.
When the Lacky Demon brings the Necromancer a fairy in the beginning of the show, she dies and we see her soul separate from her body, though her body remains in a jar. We then see the Necromancer absorbing the soul, but when the camera cuts back to the jar, the fairy is gone.
In the end, Penny summons all the witches from the Halliwell line, but the girls' mother Patty was not present. Since she is Wyatt's grandmother and since she has been on numerous other episodes it seems that she would be there for the wiccaning.
During the truth spell, Nate tells Paige "my wife is gonna love this." Paige goes home and tells Piper "Nate was fine with my being a witch, it's maybe his wife that would've had a problem," causing Piper shock that Nate's married. She would have gotten the same shocked reaction from Piper by saying his wife would have loved her being a witch also, which is what he actually said.
