When in the Manor, Cole is unshaven; however, when back in wild west he is clean shaven.
When Prue holds hands with Cole to shimmer, Cole has some stubble. After they've shimmered, Cole is clean shaven.
When Bo gets up and goes over to his sister after being whipped, his shirt is no longer torn and bloody.
After Piper and Leo find the Newspaper, they ask Phoebe to have a vision in order to inform Prue and Cole that Bo will already die at sunset instead of midnight. Hovewer Prue and Cole should already know this as Sutter showed them the paper. This isn't a good because Piper and Leo wouldn't know Prue and Cole saw the newspaper, because they aren't in contact with them.
Piper finds the Newspaper Sutter had printed about Bo dying at sundown and takes it back to the Manor. Newsprint, 128 years old, as it is according to storyline, would be too fragile to handle even if well protected much less exposed to the elements. (This is assuming it would still be readable.)
When Leo is with Victor at the cafe, Leo gets a call from the girls to heal Phoebe. He orbs out of the cafe in front of numerous people, which would cause major exposure.
