The Frank Clark Case was part of a DVD set of the 150 Best Detective Stories.

A sister insists on the innocence of her brother who was convicted of murder and sentenced to 99 years in jail. The case originally hinged on the testimony of Eleanor Stacy, played by Vrginia Vincent. Stacey was the next door neighbor of the murder victim and identified the murderer. As a result of the sister's request The Court of Last Resort comes in to review the case and after an investigation of the principals comes up with a rather unusual ending. Pretty good episode with some nice acting by Virginia Vincent as a closet alcoholic. Note: On my DVD the series was erroneously labeled on both the cover and the title page as "The Jim Thompson Case" which was an earlier episode.
