In this episode, Jim is helping an African friend marry the woman he loves. The problem begins when he comes to her tribe to claim her and is told by her father that he is going back on his promise. He cannot marry Mageela. There is another man that wants to marry her - the Chief, Lukora. The two are upset about this and both run away to the Commander's ranch for help.
John Henry reluctantly helps Jim get Mageela to his parents, only his parents have been threatened by the tribe so they cannot stay there. They'll have to find their own place to settle down. So they go looking for a place to settle - by following a bird with a green leaf in it's beak...
This episode was a bit silly and not realistic at all. At the end the bride falls from a cliff which seems to be the turning point of the entire episode - only, I don't think things would have turned out that way in the end!
