Screwball comedy drives this movie. It sure beats any Julia Roberts rom com. There hasn't been much of the way of watchable romantic comedies since Hello Dolly. Not much good can be said for buddy comedies since Hatari either. This falls into the latter category. The fun keeps coming with a chase scene along with various misunderstandings that only Dennis and Mr. Wilson can solve. Hard to see how either one can solve a mess on their own. Nothing here denigrates those who've served. If anything this short celebrates military life. It may not have the brilliance of Abbott and Costello. Frank Sinatra and Gene Kelly may have done it better. Still this is more fun than Kelly seems to have on screen.
