The story begins with Rob's parents having dinner at the Petrie house. After dinner, Rob's father has an announcement...they have bought burial plots for Rob and Laura. The problem with that is that Laura's did the same long ago. Now there's a problem...where will they be buried? To make matters worse, Rob's father tells Laura's father! Now both sets of parents feel as if it's some loyalty test...and no matter what choice they make, Rob and Laura are screwed.
This is a good but not a funny episode. It's good because it brings up an important idea...meddling in-laws. But it's also a sad episode in some ways...as the in-laws are pretty unreasonable in this one, though by the end, all is well.
