E! Mysteries & Scandals: Groucho Marx (2000)
Arthur Marx (son), Stefan Kanter (author), Joe Adamson (author), Charlotte Chandler (author), Steve Stoliar (author), Sidney Sheldon (author), Richard Belzer and Judy Tenuta are on hand to discuss the life of Groucho Marx, which has many great moments but the comedian also found himself depressed and in the end used.
The story of Groucho Marx isn't nearly as brutal or mean as some of the other episodes but it's clear that he was another comedy legend who was often sad in his personal life. There are some very good interviews here but the highlight is certainly the stuff with Groucho's son Arthur who talks about his memories of his father on Broadway, in Hollywood and then the legal matters that happened after his death. If you're a fan of Marx then you'll certainly want to watch this since the interviews are very good and they give you a great idea of what was going on in the comic's life the final years of his life.
