When back to the hospital the show gets back the good quality. Many great things happened in this episode.
We get to see all the horrible things Abby gets to deal with during the day. And not only that, she gets a break up letter from Carter, Frank gets it out of the trash can and everyone gets to read it. Sure I felt bad for her, but it was so funny how they have done it. With everyone stopping her to talk about the letter while she never even told it to anyone.
Another partially sad and yet funny thing is Romano dealing with his artificial arm. Oh he is so great when he walks into Weaver's meeting and messes it all up with his prosthesis to show how bad it is. I am sure he will get what he wants. Yet, his exchange of words with Weaver was pretty good and she ended it beautifully.
Zac Efron was in this episode. Just long enough to die on the operation table but it was still interesting to see him so young. Glenn Howerton is on this episode as well, he may even be a bit longer as he is a resident. Not a big role but he does things. Loved his dialogue with Romano as well. And of course him being gotten into trouble and then saved by fellow medical students and residents
