It is a pretty great idea to bring Ruby back. Just like Carter I didn't completely remember this story although for me way less than 10 years have passed since I saw it. It was great to see Carter dealing with a mistake he made when he was a student. And I loved his conversation with the old man at the end of the episode.
Wonder how the story with the two adorable old ladies will go on. I am sure this isn't over yet and it may become also more interesting.
Also wonder who will be the next season's chief resident. I can't believe that it will be Morris, this is pretty much impossible. More likely Pratt will change his mind and go for it
