At the very beginning when the squad rolls out it is even going down the road. At the start of the run and at the arrival it is the normal Dodge truck, but along the way it suddenly becomes an obviously older model.

Holding it in this fashion would make visualization of the required anatomy nearly impossible. This instrument should be held in the left hand while attempting to pass the endotracheal tube with his right hand.
