Most of the episode takes place in a rainstorm, yet whenever a scene takes place outside of Station 86, the skies are clear with not a cloud in sight.
When Johnny and Roy are in the firehouse dormitory, Johnny opens the bio phone before he starts treating the female patient. When he finishes, he turns to the bio phone and opens it again to call in.
Considering how much rain is supposed to be falling during this episode, the shots of the skies often feature broken cloud cover (not exactly conducive to widespread, heavy rain), and many scenes have bright sunlight illuminating everything.
Mr. DeSoto and Mr. Gage go outside Station 86 after hearing a Q-siren. When they get to the vehicle garage, a police car has pulled in. Neither Los Angeles City nor Los Angeles county has ever used Q-sirens for their police vehicles.
When Gage was giving DeSoto vital signs on the heart patient, he said the respirations were equal and reactive. Of course he should have said the pupils are equal and reactive.
