When Station 51 leaves for the run for the man building the wine cellar in his basement, it is nighttime, pitch black. When they arrive on scene of the rescue, it is now dusk.
When the call comes in for the trapped man, Gage and DeSoto are already in their unit. The shot cuts to the feet of the rest of the crew coming out of the break area. Five sets of feet come out into the garage bay, even though there are only four other members of the crew.
When the female overdose victim goes into cardiac arrest, the medical team removes the upper part of her gown in order to use the defibrillator. A nurse stands in the way of the now-bare chest area for the first part of the shot in order to hide it from the camera, but later in the scene, the nurse momentarily moves to the right of her position, exposing the woman's bare chest. There is nothing covering the woman's chest, and bare breasts are fully visible for about ten seconds.
This is something the director, editors, and network "Standards and Practices" personnel missed in 1974, and the scene went out to air in this way. The scene remains intact on the DVD.

When a man is trapped on the side of a hill the crew can't see him from the top of the cliff. Capt Stanley sends Chet down the road for a better view, with a handie talkie, When the Gage is ready to go down the cliff Chet tells Capt Stanley 'he's about 30 feet to the RIGHT of the victim'. However, in the next shot Gage is actually to the LEFT of the victim.
