When Gage is being pulled up the side of the building after collapsing during a rescue, there are two firemen leaning over to pull him over the ledge. When we switch to the roof, there are three firemen leaning over the ledge to start to pull him onto the roof. As they finish pulling him onto the roof there are two firemen and a sheriffs deputy.

When the antidote is about to be given, Dr. Early is shown with a syringe and a bottle. Instead of drawing from the bottle, he pushes the air from the syringe into the bottle. This is a common practice to remove air from the syringe and to equalize pressure in the container so the plunger doesn't get sucked back after the draw.
While it's possible that three nurses might stand around mooning over John Gage in his hospital room, it is extremely unlikely they would do so with the head of emergency services, Dr. Brackett in the next bed.
