James Franciscus: Excellent role!

He was great whether as a villain or a hero. His appearance as a main villain in this episode may not be memorable, but he gives it a whirl.

An obvious reworking of "Key Largo"
planktonrules3 November 2019
When the story begins, the FBI capture two jerks planning on kidnapping someone. It seems there was an informant--one of the crooks' ex-wife. Unexpectedly, the idiot judge allows both crooks out on bail...and not surprisingly they want to find the ex-wife and kill her. To make things worse, instead of going into a witness protection program, the woman runs off to hide on her own! But she isn't the smartest of witnesses and there are few places she'd likely hide...and the would-be kidnappers soon are on her trail. And, that trail leads to an isolated place in the Florida Keys AND a hurricane is coming!!

If the latter part of the story sounds familiar, it's because it's an obvious reworking of the old Humphrey Bogart film, "Key Largo". Because of the familiarity AND stupidity of the witness, it's certainly not one of the better episodes. Worth seeing still, but weak. The only good reason to see it is to see Glen Campbell in one of his earliest acting roles...and no, he does NOT play a villain!
