Father Dowling's brother Blaine returns to town and as usual causes problems for Father Dowling. A bank is robbed at the exact same time that Blaine is arrested for unpaid parking tickets - an infallible alibi? Frank meanwhile is framed for the bank robbery... with the help of sister Stevie, he tries to prove his innocence in this perky and fun episode.
