An imaginative and fun episode with two parallel versions of the mystery, one of fiction and the other the real one. The author (crime writer Donald E Westlake plays him briefly) of a 1930s crime novel about Father Dowling and Sister Steve is murdered before writing the last chapter. Love the fact that sister Steve and father Dowling were totally opposite to their fictional versions. Tom Bosley excels in his role and Tracy Nelson is brilliant as the prim Sister Expy. This humorous yet enjoyable episode.
