Porter claims the incoming hurricane was one of the most violent they'd ever had (even though the house isn't nearly as messed up as the one in the original movie after that hurricane). But I suppose that storm is a breeze compared to what they are about to encounter.
Flipper is always making discoveries and helping anyone that needs it. When he finds a unconscious man floating in his boat at sea, Flipper comes to the rescue. The man, once on the beach, hides his money from an obvious robbery before Porter comes to rescue him. But Porter soon learns the man's identity.
