The guy Niles sublet his apartment to is so crazy that the board is considering throwing Niles out. Taking a positive approach, Niles decides to invite the whole board to a dinner. But things go wrong when Niles cockatoo, who has been eating some of the hors d'oeuvres, drops dead. This leads to a hilarious murder mystery orchestrated by Frasier. Every minute is hilarious.
