Kimble duels the man with one arm, Bill, in a warehouse loaded with explosives. In Kimble's latest job as a developer in a photo lab, he spotted a snapshot including Bill. The teenage camera bug who took the shot ekes out a living as a small-time blackmailer, as he waits for his big break as a photographer. The childless Kimble needs the young lens-man's help in tracking Bill, and feels a fatherly concern about the budding photojournalist's cynicism and morality.
