- With French Garment Cleaners' boss' invoice's stolen, Miller doesn't have to worry about them being read as evidence before he can shred them. Momo says his boss won't talk to kids even for an investigation, so presses them to bring an adult, but they still need proof to convince anyone to back them. Alex and Tina return to the hauling company to record the documents being shredded. Ghostwriter confirms they're the invoices, but in trying to get the camera close enough to view the documents, they're discovered. They escape and even share a kiss, but the papers are shredded without a clear shot of words. The two take them since they ended up in the garbage truck they were hiding in, along with the tape they managed to get of him remarking he did shred something secretly important. They approach Fanny Mae Banner, who says she'll do their story - but she needs a witness or something strong enough to condemn Miller definitely. They decide to have Momo's boss talk to her. They're also determined to make sure Miller wastes no time cleaning out the perc.—brainybrailler@comcast.net
- Alex (David Lopez) rallies the team so they can come up with a plan to stop Miller (Brian Reddy) after he ordered the invasion to the laundry's office. Lt. McQuade (Mike Hodge) wouldn't be able to do anything without proofs and Fannie Mae (Melinda Mullins) wants to scandal, so Jamal (Sheldon Turnipseed) suggests catching him in the act. Equipped with her camera, Tina (Tram-Anh Tran) and Alex go to the place where the shredding would happen and start filming, but Miller sees them. They run and hide, coincidentally - and fortunately - in the very truck Miller was throwing the packs with shredded papers. Then they write a letter to Fannie Mae exposing the story - with the scandal - and she agrees on doing it, as long as they get more solid evidence against Miller. Rob (Todd Alexander) and Lenni (Blaze Berdahl) go talk to "Momo" (Edward Jay Townsend Jr.) one more time because his boss is that evidence the reporter needs. Everything works in favor of the team because this time he agreed to talk to them. Even if convicted, it would still take months for Miller to remove the barrels from the community garden, so the kids plan the big scene. Public pressure right when Miller is going to receive the Citizen of Year Award, with lots of posters to be shown to the cameras. The big day comes. Fannie Mae makes a big entrance accusing Miller right away about the deaths caused by his actions. Next, Officer Cole (Orlagh Cassidy) enters the room with a warrant for his arrest and when he thinks there's no evidence against him, she shows him the tape Tina made. Everyone then raise their posters to expose him for who he really is and Officer Cole tells him he'll also have to pay for the cleanup immediately. One more victory to the Ghostwriter Team.—Wayback Machine TV, from YouTube
- Alex and Tina head over to Miller Haulers and Tina uses her video camera to catch Mr. Miller feeding the invoices into a shredder. Tina can't see the writing close enough but it shows that he is destroying any evidence against him. They're almost caught by Miller so Alex drags them into a garbage truck to hide. Tina panics until Alex assures her, "Whatever happens, at least we're together." Then they kiss. Back at Lenni's house, they show the video and shredded invoices to their friends but they realize more proof is needed. So they write out a letter to Fanny Mae Banner describing a scandal in Brooklyn and how "Mr. Citizen of the Year" has poisoned their garden. She loves the story and is willing to do it as long as they have a witness. The kids get Momo's boss to testify since Miller broke into his office and stole the invoices. Tina makes an important point: Besides bringing Miller down, they should put pressure on him to remove the barrels immediately. So the kids all make signs telling him what the toxic waste has done to them.—Anonymous
