The Indian food Rory claimed all day she was going to have for dinner and even ordered never showed up. She even ate dinner with Paris and Jess when Jess brought food. Then Dean shows up with ice cream. Still no Indian food. Never came.
When Paris calls home to say she's staying for dinner at Rory's, she speaks Spanish, but it has already been established that her Nanny is Portuguese.
At the end of the episode where Jess first comes to Stars Hollow, he returns the book "HOWL" (a collection of poems) to Rory, which he claims to have read "about forty times". However, in a later episode while talking with Paris during dinner at Rory's house, Jess says that he "can't get into poetry" due to his impatience.
When Jess enters the kitchen with Luke's "care package", Rory comments that it's enough to feed 6. After Rory invites Paris, Jess (who invited himself) says there's only enough left for 4 with him around. Rory replies it's down to 2 with Paris around, implying that Paris would eat twice as much as either Rory or Jess.

During one of the kitchen scenes while Rory and Jess are standing facing each other, you can clearly see one of the microphones hovering above their heads.
When Lorelai and Emily arrive at the spa, Lorelai sees their schedule and says it is messed up. Emily says she fixed the schedule on the way to Lorelai's house, but Lorelai was on the phone with the spa making the separate schedules while Emily would have been on her way over. Lorelai hung up with them just a couple minutes before Emily arrived, so Emily wouldn't have had time to call and speak to a manager to get it all figured out and fixed before arriving at Lorelai's.
