This episode was Suzi Quatro's final appearance as Leather Tuscadero and what a shame that is. In this episode, Ralph Malph asks Leather to the ROTC Ball. As suggested by Fonzie, Ralph attempts to become more serious of a date by shedding his jokes and, instead, talking politics and other serious topics. Likewise, Leather Tuscadero sheds her rockstar persona to become more ladylike and sophisticated through the help of Marion and Joanie. In the end, both Ralph and Leather realize how boring their new personas are and how much they enjoy being themselves. Leather and Ralph make a sweet pairing and it's unfortunate they never got the chance to become a real couple throughout the series.
