Hardcastle & McCormick travel to Rio to track down a drug runner named Avery. When their investigation into Avery gets too close, the man uses his connections to get Hardcastle thrown in jail on a drug charge. McCormick, who wasn't keen to go to Rio in the first place, contacts a pilot who has the hots for Hardcastle, and she flies in with her helicopter hovering over the gaol in front of the crummy prison and then picks up Hardcastle. Now the next task is to snare the drug runner and the heroic duo plan to use deception.
