This episode has one of the most memorable lines from the entire series. It's in regards to Reducto's obsession with pint sized things. He introduces a witness as the ravishing raven-haired audio expert with tiny tiny feet. One of the best lines I've ever heard in any show.

I was tossing up between a 9 or 10 - I ultimately settled on a 10 as this is the episode where we get introduced to Mentok the Mind Taker, a hilarious and unforgettable judge who makes a mesmerising debut. He makes up a large part of the hilarity of the episode.
We don't actually spend much time with the Shoyu Weenies or the Neptunes - which is fine. They provide a nice background for our main characters to shine.
