Outstanding episode.

This episode is excellent. It features Priscilla Barnes who gives an extraordinarily strong performance in the principal role of an actress who is spiraling down to self-destruction. Loathing herself, she wants to regain the innocence that she once had, and exchanged for material gain, and find love, but discovers that the road to salvation can be rocky. The story is engaging and plausible and deals sensitively and forthrightly with several themes - moral corruption, materialism, emotional conflict, self-esteem, self-identity, and superficiality. Further, it reveals Priscilla Barnes' skill as an actress and creative artist. Avoiding becoming stagy or contrived, the story offers a dramatic treatment of human interaction in all its complexities.
