In introduction, Hogan and Teppel go to Hogan's room so Teppel can talk to Hogan. During the conversation there is a cut to a sequence where Teppel pulls a piece of a torn card (the 8 of Spades) out of his hat. In another entry, the missing gloves are noted. Teppel pulls the torn card out of his hat, and asks, "Poker by any chance?" Two things: First, the deck of cards that Teppel shuffled is now neatly stacked - when Teppel shuffled the cards, the bottom card was offset from the deck by about half its length. The more interesting item is that Hogan's half of the 8 of Spades is sitting on the table in plain sight. After the cut back to a close-up of Hogan, he reaches under his blanket and pulls his half of the 8 of Spades out.
The card that is sitting in plain sight is the half that Major Teppel took out of his hat and laid on the table.

In Col. Hogan's room, Maj. Teppel is wearing gloves when cutting the deck of cards on the table, then he's not wearing them when reaching for his secret half-torn card hidden inside his cap, and is wearing his gloves again when he and Hogan line up their two secret half-torn cards.
When talking to Hogan, Major Teppel says that Klink has to go with them because a German officer has to accompany all prisoners he takes for questioning. Later on, he tells Klink to stay behind and continue questioning LeBeau.
The German swastika flags mounted on the camp's guard towers bear a strong resemblance to the German Navy's 'Kriegsmarine' flag and would not be flown over a POW camp, especially one supposedly run by the Luftwaffe (German Air Force).
When the crew arrives at the Hotel Berlin, there is a red English-style phone booth outside. German phone booths from the time of the war have been painted a bright yellow. Apparently it was the only non-US looking phone booth available at the prop house.
When Hogan sneaks into Klink's guest quarters to talk to Major Teppel, there is snow on the ground, yet crickets can be heard chirping.
When Hogan exits the bathroom as Herr Decker, stage makeup is clearly visible on the towel around his neck.
While in Berlin, Colonel Hogan and his men are using an American army ambulance.
In the scene where a staff car is coming through the front gate, modern power lines can be seen just beyond the trees.
When discussing the backup plan of the two assassins waiting for Herr Decker, the assassins are supposed to key in on the briefcase to identify Decker. If the assassins did not know what Decker himself looked like, how would they have known what his briefcase looked like?
