When they stage the fake fire to steal the heavy water, Hogan tells the guard to move the truck. They back the truck up to the corner of the barracks. The scene cuts to an interior of the barracks and the cutout to enter the truck is now in the middle of the wall, not at the corner. Update: In actuality, the cutout in the wall when seen from the outside is in the correct place, but the truck backs up out of alignment with the opening, near the corner of the building.
In this episode, the window to Klink's office is at the left end of the building, to the left of the entrance door. In future episodes, the windows to his office are to the right of the entrance door.
In the introduction, after Klink opens his door to find Helga and Hogan (shown from outside the office), Hogan puts his cap on and turns to go into Klink's office. When Hogan puts his cap on, it is low on his head, almost covering his eyes. When the view shifts to show Hogan coming into the office (from inside the office), Hogan's cap is well back on his head.
The German Sergeant guarding the German truck containing the heavy water is carrying an American Thompson sub-machine gun.
Hogan refers to help "Geneva Conference" vs "Geneva Convention", referring to improper prisoner treatment. The conference was in 1954 due to the Korean War, whereas the convention actually dates back to 1864. US military ID's for active and reserve members have reference to the conventions.
When Klink is talking to Schultz by the truck he refers to promoting Schultz to ' Uber-sergeant'. There is no such rank. Schultz's current rank is OberFeldwebel, the equivalent of a United States Army Master Sergeant.
The steering wheel on the truck carrying the barrel is on the right. German trucks had their steering wheels on the left.
While Col. Hogan is trying to convince Col. Klink that the water in the truck in the yard is spa water, Hogan's lip movement and the sounds briefly become mismatched, as if the audio was redubbed.
Update: The line that is dubbed is, "He had to add an extra barber on at the palace."

The truck is supposedly carrying the barrel from Norway to Berlin. STALAG 13 is in southern Germany, south of Berlin. The truck would have to be going way out of its way to get to STALAG 13.
In the opening, the truck is driving through an area being heavily bombed, yet, according to Captain Mueller, it is only a few minutes away from Stalag 13. 'Only a few minutes' can't be more than a couple of miles (especially on the roads they are driving on), which is far too close for the bombers to be dropping their bombs - and risk hitting Stalag 13.
The first time Klink drinks the water from the barrel, there is no top on the barrel (when he and Schultz drink some later, there is one). As valuable as the water is, it would never be left unsealed - to prevent evaporation (and accidental spillage).
