When General Hammerschlag and Kumasa are sitting side by side with the plans between them each of them has both hands on the table. In the very next reverse shot both of their inside hands are at their sides and they only have the outside hands on the table.
When the 'seance' begins, Kinchloe turns off the light above the table, and a production light comes on (as noted in a Revealing Mistake). Kinchloe walks over to open the window (and look for DuBois), at which time there is a cut to DuBois arriving at the location. When the view cuts back to inside the room, the room is significantly darker than it was when the overhead light was turned off - yet no one turned off any other lights.
After Kinchloe turns off the light over the table, he goes to the window to look for DuBois. There is a cut to an outside shot of DuBois riding up and looking for Kinchloe - and sees him in the window above. Now there is a cut back into the room, and the lamp over the table is gone - and stays gone for the remainder of the sequence in that room.
Just after arriving in Paris, Hogan douses Klink with a bucket of water. There is a cut to Hogan and Kinchloe in the club/hotel. Hogan is holding a mop and bucket. Hogan is holding the mop near the mop head. There is a cut to a close two-shot of them, and Hogan is suddenly holding the mop at the very end of the handle.
Just before Klink and Schultz arrive at the club Le Bal Africain, there is a woman wearing a red dress and a black cape over it. She also has a red hairband. She walks past the cafe to the corner and turns the corner to go down the street running beside the cafe. Klink and Schultz stop in front of the club, and Hogan and Kinchloe get down off the top of the car. Hogan walks by Klink, and Kinchloe tells Klink that the club is closed. During the conversation with Kinchloe, the same woman that walked by the cafe is suddenly standing behind Klink, visible over his left shoulder.
Klink says that he knew Hammerschlag as a First Lieutenant. This is an American rank. The equivalent rank in German, which he should have used, is OberLeutnant.
As the light above the seance table is turned off, another production light, off screen, is turned on.
When Kinchloe first introduces himself to Kumasa, she gets up from her chair and walks over to him. As she passes in front of the camera, as it pans to follow her, the shadow of the camera is visible on her right arm and shoulder.
When Kinchloe first meets with Kumasa, she refers to him as Ivan Kinchloe instead of James Kinchloe. Kinch was played by Ivan Dixon.
The ornate collar insignia (called Arabesken) on General Hammerschlag's uniform are sewn on backwards.
