When Burkhalter leaves Klink's quarters to take Heidi to his chalet during the escape, his car has a black metal license plate, with the number DXR 499 on the back. When he arrives back at Stalag 13, after Schultz interrupts him, the car has a white paper license with the number WH 33495 on front.
Why did Sgt. James 'Kinch' Kinchloe get dressed as a German soldier; there were no black troops at all in the German Army.
General Burkhalter's car has the steering wheel on the right. German vehicles have the steering wheel on the left.
When Klink is inspecting the barracks, he taps the frame of the upper bunk (near the actuator) with his stick (or riding crop), and the tunnel opens. There is no way that should happen. It takes two taps of the actuator to open the tunnel.
There is no way that the gang could have passports and clothes for the escapees from Stalag 12 ready when they got down into the tunnel just after escaping. While the gang had obviously gotten word that the men had escaped, they would not have been able to create passports and fit the clothes for them. First, they would not have had any pictures of the men so they could create the passports. Second, the gang would not have had the measurements of the men so they could make the clothes for them. They would have needed to be photographed, and the passports created, and the clothes would need fitting to the men. This would all take much more time than the few minutes it took to get them ready.
It's likely that they had received word through the Underground of the escape far enough in advance to have created passports and clothes, especially if the Underground also provided pictures and measurements.

When Colonel Klink and Sergeant Schultz are talking outside the barracks before bringing Colonel Hogan the pin up girl poster you can hear crickets chirping in the background, even though there is snow on the ground. Crickets do not chirp in the winter.
Crickets cannot survive in the cold weather.
When Colonel Klink and Sergeant Schultz are talking to each other outside the barracks, you can't see their breath even though it is cold outside with snow on the ground.
When Hogan goes to take Klink hostage, Klink turns back from the window, sees the gun in Hogan's hand, and says, "What's this?" Right after the line, he looks over Hogan's right shoulder, and flashes a reflection of the stage light in his monocle.
When Kinchloe closes the opening to the tunnel just before Klink arrives, he slaps the side of the upper bunk once with his hand, and the door closes. He does not push the actuator panel twice, which is the normal way to open/close the tunnel.
