When Hogan is in Klink's office and notices the cuckoo clock, the time reads 6:00. Yet moments later, when Hogan returns to the barracks, the clock reads 2:00.
The cuckoo clock in Klink's office is missing the chains, weights and pendulum necessary for the clock to operate. One weight drives the cuckoo function.
There is no way the cuckoo clocks in the guest quarter closet would be making any ticking noises, since none of the clocks have a spring to wind - which suggests they should have weights and a pendulum, and there are none in evidence in any of the boxes. Plus, even if they were weight and pendulum driven clocks, they would not be able to operate lying flat on their backs in the boxes.
Hogan is first drawn to the cuckoo clock when it sounds at 6 o'clock. When he examines the bird, he moves the latch that locks the door closed. He then re-latches it afterwards. With the door latched, the cuckoo won't sound and come out.
At one point, Hogan refers to 'winding cuckoo clocks' - yet none of the clocks shown have any place to wind them. Which is inaccurate anyway, since cuckoo clocks of that area would have weights and a pendulum, not a spring mechanism.
When General Burkhalter opens the window in Colonel Klink's office you can hear crickets chirping.
Since it is winter season and with the cold weather outside there is no way any crickets would be able to live in those conditions.
Right after the opening credits, the introduction begins with a close-up over Carter's shoulder of him pulling up the sink faucets to use the 'periscope'. As the camera pulls back, the shadow of the microphone can be seen crossing Carter's right shoulder and back.
Update: In the original version, Carter pulls up the sink faucets after the establishing shots of the guards patrolling, and LeBeau hiding in the bushes. The syndicated/current broadcast version opens with Carter.

Just after Kristina climbs out of the tunnel into the barracks, the camera swings around the end of the bed/tunnel opening to show her meeting Hogan. As the camera swings past the end of the bed and LeBeau, the shadow of the camera crosses Kristina's skirt.
