At the beginning of the introduction, Carter is to the right, rolling dough. LeBeau is to the left, cracking and whisking eggs while tending the skillet on a hotplate. The view zooms out, then there is a shift to Carter, who is suddenly at the door, announcing that Klink is coming. Another cut to a low shot, and Hogan grabs the hotplate (it must not have gotten hot yet). Then a cut to Hogan filling the fake wood bucket with the rolling pin and cutting board (with the dough still on it), followed up by the skillet that was on the hotplate (which seems to have disappeared).
After the escape of the prisoners and Major Bonacelli, Langenscheidt returns to camp with a dog after searching for the prisoners. The view is from above, and Klink and Schultz meet Langenscheidt just inside the gates, in front of the sentry hut. There is a sentry in front of the hut. When the view shifts to a two-shot of Klink and Schultz, the sentry is gone. After telling Langenscheidt to put the dog on report, the view shifts to the overhead angle again, and the sentry is there again. When the view shifts to the two-shot of Klink and Schultz again, the sentry is gone again.
During communications with the sub, when the sub captain says, "May I ask: What for?" the radio operator in the background seems to fall asleep, as his eyes are closed and his head drops.
As Hogan is repeating the pizza recipe to Kinchloe, Kinchloe is seen wearing the headphones, and the submarine officer's voice is not heard giving the recipe. It does not seem possible that Hogan would be able to hear the recipe being given to him.
There is no reasoning why Carter is rolling out dough next to LeBeau
who is making a crepe. Crepes are made with a wet batter similar to
a pancake batter.
Carter's behavior is that of a person rolling out pizza dough. However, viewers learn that nobody at Stalag 13 knows how to make a pizza. It was after a call was made to America that anybody knew how to make a pizza.

When London is told to contact a pizza place in "Newark" they aren't told Newark USA. This could have easily been confused with the Newark in England.
