General der Infanterie Albert Burkhalter: Klink! I'm warning you. Keep your costs down, put your house in order, or the next time you want caviar, you won't have to import it - you can catch your own on the Volga.
Col. Robert E. Hogan: But you'll have to eat it there. You can't take it home, sir.
Col. Wilhelm Klink: General, I promise you, I will bring all my skill and my intelligence to bear on this problem.

Gangs everywhere call it the 'Klink Plan'
This episode begins when London drops a load of ammunition and they want Hogan and his gang to get the ammo out to various underground networks working in Germany. So now Hogan is going to have to come up with a plan to get the ammo out of the camp and into the hands of the underground that is located all over Germany.
Carter comes up with a plan where Stalag 13 will be the distribution center for all the Stalags. When Klink hears about the cost saving plan, he takes the plan to Burkhalter, naming it the 'Klink Plan', and shows how the Stalag's can save money just by using the plan. Burkhalter let Klink go ahead with the plan and all the supplies that are used by any prison camp comes to Stalag 13 first and then are to be distributed to others. Hogan now has a way of getting the ammo out to the underground.
With some funny lines and interesting script, this show was likable from the beginning. Anytime you have Burkhalter, Hochstetter and Klink in the same program it is going to be entertaining. Good watch.
