When Col. Klink is pouring the wine for himself and Hilda, he pours her glass first, then pours one for himself. When he pours his glass of wine, the bottle is in his left hand and the glass is in his right hand. There is a cut to a close up of Klink and suddenly the wine glass is in his left hand.
Immediately after Kinchloe says to Hogan (in the tunnel), "You really think you're gonna convince Klink and Hochstetter that the war is over?", the camera moves in to a close up of Kinchloe, Thomas, and Hogan. As it moves in, the camera's shadow darkens Hogan's hat.
