It's a genuine treat to see perhaps the most attractive (and certainly bustiest) "Hot Springs" regulars take a turn in the sack in this otherwise cornball episode.
Hoary plot device is trotted out, as Lacey (buxom and botoxed Glori Gold) is dismayed to see that the college roommate who stole her man Chris (journeyman thesp Jeff Davis) way back when has booked the hotel for her bachelorette party. Worse yet, the guy in question is her future hubby! So it's time to get even.
Hissable Deborah Seligman (a 1-shot actress) plays Stacy, the lady in question, and Lacey's ploy is to dig up Cary Conway (Chris Johnston, a soft porn actor) who Stacy once dated and have him show up as the piece de resistance at Stacy's bachelorette party. Naturally she goes to bed with him for old time's sake, and Lacey maneuvers the bridegroom to show up in time to catch Stacy in the sack.
Chris goes to bed with Lacey on the rebound, and the fans get to see four minutes of her riding him, those huge breasts filling the LCD screen like nobody's business. As if this wasn't enough for the fans, the episode opens with resident stud Randy (Robert Vitelli) making love to buxom & beautiful regular Sabrina Allen as Vicky, quite a thrill since she usually has only a bit part to play. This one-two combination makes "Bachelorette Party" a keeper.
It is interesting to note the vagaries (and just how darn-difficult it is to achieve success) of show biz in the career non-trajectories of several of the principals. Guest star Seligman looks okay, but this is her only acting credit in IMDb, with only other credit being associate producer on one of David Heavener's crummy vanity vehicles. It doesn't get much dinkier than that.
Similarly Chris Johnston as the old flame kicked around for a decade in cable skin shows, only rarely let out at night to play bit parts on real series like "JAG" or "Star Trek: Voyager" (who could forget him as portraying Vidiian #1 on the latter?). Jeff Davis has hung in there for a couple of decades, but it must be dispiriting when as late as 2010 all his agent could dig up for him was a one-shot as "Leno Family Member" on Jay's ill-fated 10pm show (I actually watched that segment, and his face was fleeting).
Sabrina, a former Penthouse magazine model, never escaped the porn racket, graduating (sort of) to a video opposite Jenna Jameson in Suze Randall's "Super Sexy".
