Payment in Advance
Prismark1017 December 2021
Schroeder was sentenced to life for killing his business partner Ernst Kaltmann.

12 years later Kaltmann is found trying to escape the Russian zone into West Berlin. With Kaltmann alive, Schroeder is released from his Austrain prison.

Now Schroeder vows to kill Kaltmann. He cannot be tried twice for the same crime.

Duval should had told him that he could go back to prison again if he is found to have killed Kaltmann.

Schroeder is a cunning swine though. Duval and the German police seems always to be one step behind as Schroeder is off to kill Kaltmann.

This is not an episode that inspires confidence with the police and Interpol. Even after all the years spent in prison, Schroeder seems to easily outmanoeuvre them.
