Remember those cheesecake scenes in THE GOLDEN GIRLS where they would all sit around and share stories about a common topic? Well, this episode takes the same approach but with poorer results. When the girls are forced to work late to take inventory, they pass the time by each sharing memories of disastrous dates with a "jerk". Amy is especially reluctant to participate.
If you are expecting something like the "Dateline: Miami" GOLDEN GIRLS episode from Season 7, you will be disappointed. This is not a very well-written, well-acted or entertaining offering. The regulars do their best but the actors playing the jerks are all unappealing (why did Paul Sand keep landing so many roles on TV?) and not in that purposely "Charley Deitz" way either.
The only worthwhile part is when Amy finally admits she once went back to Sonny's place (of course, he lured her there under false pretenses). This sequence is played in fast-motion like a silent movie.
Probably the low point of Season 3.
