An intriguing polemic arguing for better care of America's military veterans
hindsonevansmike22 February 2021
"The Return of Roscoe Martin" sees Harm delving into the impacts of budget cuts and poor care on America's damaged military veterans in this early episode from Season Four (by which time the annoying Season Three "history of Harm" introductory title sequence had been dumped from the episode titles).

There is a little "by the numbers" scripting, but the scenario is well-argued and we finally say farewell to the intriguing (and well-acted) character of Roscoe Martin, who leaves us on his own terms.

time wasting episode

This episode was one of the reasons i quit watching this series ... obviously the writers ran out of material so they ginned up an old case and re-storied it to fit a new situation
